Biography
Catherine Schlegel’s research interests include Greek and Latin poetry, Roman Satire, comedy, and the reception of classical literature in the modern imagination. She is working on a series of essays on the persistence of Homeric tropes in the poetry of WH Auden, in the stories of Willa Cather, and in modern story-telling more broadly.
