Classics in Chicago: Antigone at the Court Theatre
We would like to invite you to join the Classics Department on a trip to Chicago on Saturday February 24, 2024 from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm! Our first stop will be the University of Chicago's Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures, followed by lunch (covered by the Department), then Sophocles' Antigone performed at the Court Theatre at 2:00 pm. We should arrive back to ND campus by 7:00 pm at the latest. All costs will be covered by generous donor gifts to the College of Arts & Letters and the Dept of Classics.
If you can join us, please fill out this form. Seats are limited, so priority will be given to Classics grad students, majors and minors. Then to students currently enrolled in our Classics courses. Once we have finalized the list, we will confirm your spot.
