Centrista Margaret Mathis Reports From Rome

Author: Tim Smith

Margaret Mathis, on her time at the Centro:

"I am extremely grateful for my study abroad experience at the Centro in Rome. I have learned how to do so many activities that cause me to think critically, such as how to perform an archaeological site autopsy, how to remove silt deposits from frescoes in order to better preserve them, and how to translate and interpret ancient curse tablets. I am thankful for the professors and other members of the Notre Dame Classics Department who prepared me well to succeed in this program."
