Join the Department of Classics for a trip to see Orphée et Eurydice at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. The trip will take place on Friday, October 6. The bus will depart promptly at 4:00 pm (boarding at 3:45) from McKenna Hall with an expected return time of 1:00 am Saturday morning. You will have time to find dinner on your own in the west Loop area before the performance at 7:30 pm (Chicago time).
The trip is fully funded by the College of Arts and Letters; you simply have to fill out this form and come to the Classics Department (304 O'Shag) to sign a waiver. There is space for 56 students on the bus, and priority will be given to Classics majors, dues paying Classics Club members, and students currently enrolled in Dept of Classics courses.
